Mexiship Ocean – Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer
Rolando Ramon has joined Genoil as an independent Director of the corporation. He brings with him deep knowledge of Mexico especially in PEMEX and has strong business ties there.
Rolando co-founded Mexiship Ocean in 2013 and brings over 20 years experience in the international marketplace. As Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Rolando is responsible for all financial functions of the company including evaluating and structuring all opportunities, capital sourcing, and financial forecast analysis. His energy experience is comprised of upstream, midstream and downstream client support.
Rolando took controlling interest in Triple J Pumps from 2014 – 2017, an oil field service provider focused on hydraulic fracturing support.
Prior to founding Mexiship Ocean Rolando launched La Experiencia 2003 – 2017, an experiential marketing agency that focused on the Hispanic market consumers in the United States. The agency operated international in Mexico and the United States.
He served as President of the Seis Lagos Utility District from 2008 – 2016.
Rolando lives in Lucas Texas with his wife and four daughters. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University
