Genoil Selected to Present at Energy Venture Fair VII Conference in California and Heavy Oil Conference in China

CALGARY, ALBERTA, November 7, 2006.- Genoil Inc. (‘Genoil’) is pleased to announce that it was selected as representing one of the most promising emerging energy technology companies to present to panel of leading corporate and strategic members of the energy technology community at the Energy Venture Fair VII. Genoil will be represented by its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. David Kippen, who will be presenting at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara, California, on Wednesday, November 8th at 4:20 pm ET and on Thursday, November 9th at 8:00 am ET.
The Energy Venture Fair has established itself as the longest running energy venture fair in North America for venture capitalists and institutional investment firms, as well as energy technology companies.

The WHOC Conference is the 1st World Heavy Oil Conference & Exhibition held in China, specializing in the heavy oil industry and being hosted by CNPC, Alberta Government and some of the most important oil companies in the world.
