GENOIL INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Calgary, Alberta, Canada — October 19, 2007 — Genoil Inc. (TSX.V: GNO; OTCBB: GNOLF) announced today that Brian Korney has tendered his resignation to the Company’s Board of Directors to be effective as of December 31, 2007.
“My decision to leave responds solely to personal reasons, as other business commitments demand my time,” stated Mr. Korney, “and I wish Genoil, its Board and management team continued success in the future.”
Genoil’s directors are currently reviewing candidates to assume Mr. Korney’s roles and responsibilities within the Corporation. In accepting his resignation, the Board wishes to express their gratitude to Mr. Korney for his contributions during the period of his service.
Mr. Korney previously served as Genoil’s Chief Financial Officer from September 2004 to July 2005, when he was appointed Director.
