Calgary, Alberta, Canada – February 5, 2009 – Genoil Inc. (TSX.V: GNO) (OTCBB: GNOLF.OB) will be hosting a conference call today to discuss its memorandum of understanding with Qinhuangdao Port and a joint venture agreement with Clarendon Group International that was announced on February 3, 2009 and to answer questions at 4:15 pm ET.
