Member of the Board
Timothy Bojar joined Genoil in November 2012, as a member of the Board of Directors. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry as a business development professional, who has secured multi-million dollar investments for some of the world’s leading investment firms.
Currently, Timothy Bojar serves as the Director of Business Development for Valo Group, LLC, a fundamental value, long/short hedge fund that invests across the capital structure of publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Valo Group, Mr. Timothy Bojar was the Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Litespeed Management, a $2 billion hedge fund that invests across the capital structure. Prior to Litespeed, he worked at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., where he served as a senior member of the in-house marketing team, raising capital for the firms numerous internal alternative investment products. Previously, he was Director of Marketing & Investor Relations at XI Asset Management, a fund dedicated to technology, media and telecommunication investments. Prior to this, Mr. Bojar was Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for Zanett Asset Management, a family office which also managed a proprietary equity fund. Mr. Bojar began his career at Fidelity Investments where he left as Vice President of Northeastern Offshore Sales, having raised assets from institutions and high-net-worth South American investors.
Mr. Bojar is fluent in Spanish. He is an avid outdoors-man and supporter of animal welfare organizations. Mr. Bojar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Brown University in 1998.
