Mr. Narayanan will now head Genoil’s business initiatives in India. He is also currently a managing partner at Kuberon Capital LLC. He was a Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Source Capital Group focusing on BPO/IT sectors cross border M&A. Mr. Narayanan as a managing director at Kuberon Capital where he also is part of an effort to build a platform to market fund of funds to MENA region. He was the Senior Managing Director and portfolio manager for the 46 Country long only strategy and Emerging markets strategy funds (AUM $150MM) at Bear Stearns Asset Management prior to starting Kuberon Capital Management. Previously, he was a Managing Partner at Heckman Global Advisors, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Narayanan was a Senior Vice President of Investment Banking for structured fixed income with Salomon Smith Barney’s Global Derivatives Group from 1998-2002 and a Vice President with Lehman Brother’s Global equity and derivative strategies team from 1992-1996. He has also held U.S. Investment Banking positions at Salomon Brothers and Bear Stearns. He started his career at Salomon Brothers’ Corporate bond research group covering money center banks. Mr. Narayanan has a MBA from Columbia University School of Business, a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Develop and formulate efforts for a joint venture between our investment entity based in UAE and Bear Stearns to underwrite mortgage backed securities that would securitize major real estate holdings in the region for a global bond issue. Financing real estate ventures both debt and equity for entities in the U.A.E, worked with Sandler O’Neil, Deutsche Bank and Barclays. Development efforts to form a platform to market Fund of Funds to middle eastern investors. Initiated contact with Arden, Optima, Blue and Blackrock to that effort
