Calgary, Alberta, Canada.- Genoil Inc. (“Genoil” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that the Corporation’s executives will be presenting at conferences in Bahrain, Kuala Lumpur and San Francisco during May 2007.

Genoil’s COO, Mr. James Runyan, is scheduled to present on “Bottoms Upgrading & Oil Quality Upgrading – Ways to Efficiency & Business Development Options,” at the 1st Asia Bottom of the Barrel Technology Conference & Exhibition on May 23rd at 2:45 pm at the Impiana KLCC Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mr. Runyan will be giving a presentation on Genoil’s GHUTM technology, methods to achieve more efficiency in hydrogen addition processes, field upgrading and pre-refining business and technology options. James Runyan has 20 years of direct hydrocarbon experience as a project and outage program construction manager, as well as significant engineering, procurement and construction experience.

With the Asian refining industry seeing an unprecedented interest in residue upgrading, the 1st Asia BBTC will bring together the leading suppliers of technology for residue conversion processes to present the latest developments and innovations for upgrading crude oil residues including the modernization of existing facilities, implementation of new units and catalyst technologies which will help improve profitability.
