Genoil Signs an Agreement with Munich Capital Partners to Finance Genoil GHU Projects Around the World

NEW YORK, NEW YORK–(Marketwired – Feb. 3, 2015) – Genoil (OTCBB:GNOLF) & MCP Munich Capital Partners GMBH (“MCP”) have entered into an agreement where MCP is mandated to provide financial structuring and advisory services to Genoil oil upgrading projects and enable equity and debt financing for the planned GHU facilities. MCP’s who has vast experience in the energy sector will provide financial and procedural structuring for funding Genoil’s projects and to introduce Genoil to their extensive contacts of institutional and private investors around the world.

Genoil is a research and development company focused on crude and residual oil desulfurization, upgrading, carbon reduction, and water purification technologies. The main advantages underlying the Genoil GHU technology are economic. The GHU is based on improved mass transfer with lower operating pressures and temperatures than most conventional processes. Based on these milder conditions, the GHU provides improved yields of higher value products. The GHU has a much a lower capital and operating cost when compared to conventional processes. The GHU can desulfurize up to 99.5%, achieve 98% metals reduction, 99% viscosity reduction, and greater than 93% pitch conversation rate. Residual component was reduced by 73% which is equivalent to a 259% increase in lighter distillates.
